AWESOME
We arrived in the 9th of January for 4 nights stays. The first room they gave us has some issue on the room heater wasn’t working. However, BRITT from Guest Relations provide us with an upgrade room.. bigger and nicer room. The hotel location is the BEST, and staff is friendly I nice.. You won’t regret it..

There is no business center, furthermore the only computEr available for guests was not working. Someone from Concierge came to fix it, but without success. The shampoo and shower gel in the bath has finished during taking shower, it was not properly checked when servicing the roon.

Worth of money
The location of the hotel is super good - you can easily walk everywhere. Our room had a view & it was worth the money. I was particularly impressed by the selection of toiletries and this brand. Wow! Separate super points for that. I really liked that the shower and toilet are separate. The breakfast is rich and the place is very nice.
Nothing. On the first days we were simply forced to take the elevator to the 3rd floor and then walk one floor higher. Someone from room service mentioned that it was a technical fault and indeed on the last day we were able to take our elevator to the correct floor.
